We are from out of town & have eaten here 2x in the past month. The first time, we arrived with a group of 6.5 & the second time with 8.5 Both times, our order was taken & drinks were made by the lovely lady at the counter. Everyone’s food was delicious & the entire order was accurate. The hush puppies are amazing - not your run of the mill gritty cornmeal version - don’t miss out on these. We enjoyed both visits - the food, the service, and the fun yacht rock music & streaming TB shows. On first visit, I personally had the seafood gumbo & on the second visit, shrimp Rockefeller . I’d definitely order both again!

First issue was how LONG the food took. It took 45 minutes for the chicken entree to come out and we still had to wait an additional 8 minutes for the gumbo (which I only got when I walked to the front and asked about my order) and AN ADDITIONAL 10 minutes for me to get my house salad. By the time I actually got to taste the food the rice was hard, gumbo flavorless and no follow up service!! Definitely NOT worth it

Try this place for the first time and we're sadly disappointed! The portions compared to the price are absolutely ridiculous you leave feeling completely ripped off. I felt like I could have made the exact same thing at home but better. It was like buying Frozen pre- packaged food from Sam's Club and they fried it up. In the picture is what they called jumbo chicken strips and it's sitting next to a saucer so you can see the size comparison and it costs almost $17. We are not people that overeat or eat a ton but we definitely let still hungry. They were the size of kids meals.

It's a neat little place, the food was good and came out hot and fresh. The young man behind counter was friendly and informative. I don't think I'll buy wings again, as you can see 12 wingetts were 18.00 dollars. Thats expensive for technically 6 wings, but they were good. They also do military discount. I would go back.
