This really is a hidden gem in Denton! My husband and I wanted to try a new date spot and Komodo Loco was the perfect place. We had appetizers (you can't go wrong with the crispy rice bites or the pulled piggy totcho), sushi and dessert. Everything tasted fantastic and we look forward to returning for another date night!

This place is SO GOOD. I was worried it was another trendy fusion place, but no. It is so tasty. We had the miso, gyoza (so crispy!), old fashioned, tuna tower (drool!), and the yakisoba. Not a single complaint. Mason was a nice server too!

Never go to this place, the fried rice and the yakisoba are horrible.. I ordered a fried rice with Orange chicken sauce and they gave me the rice with the driest chicken I've ever tasted in my life, when I told the server she offered to bring me a separate sauce after 10 minutes because she never approached us to check if everything was okay.. I thought they would recognize something on my check and they didn't care even when the manager knew she was unhappy with her food..

I ordered sushi delivery from this place today, and it was a big disappointment. The Loco Dragon rolls looked nothing like the photos. Not only that, they were extremely spicy to the point where we couldn’t even eat them. They were much spicier than the Slamming Sake, even though there’s nothing in the description that suggests they should be that hot. It honestly felt like we might have received the wrong roll. Overall, the sushi pieces were very small and not tasty. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the prices are not cheap.

Komodo Loco is my favorite! Best happy hour in town - feels like a steal! Worth every penny at full price and we always leave satisfied! We love the bartenders, staff and make it a point to bring friends and family here when they’re in town! Also great for special occasions 🤗 Shout out to the Krispy Rice Bites! I used to be basic and only ordered RAMEN or FRIED RICE bowls!! ((They’re so good)) but I’ve ventured out and everything I try here - I love! My only complaint is I can’t eat it ALL 😎
