Love checking out new coffee shops in search of new flavors and top notch matcha. Yonsei Coffee did not disappoint! The menu choices are small allowing the focus to be on adding special touches like homemade syrups. I still had a tough time deciding on which one to try first. In the end, I went with the Matcha Einspanner and oh my goodness, it was fire! Not too sweet; the rich, earthy green, matcha stands out and is enhanced by the delicious, creamy, cold foam. It was soooo good! I was sad when it was gone. Definitely going back to try the coffee!

Amazing drinks, homemade syrups, and unique flavor combinations. This is the perfect coffee addition to Denton. Additionally, the couple that owns and runs the shop is super sweet which is a huge plus. I got the Cafe de Olla Latte which is a great balance between bitter and sweet and will be my go-to order because I intend on coming back regularly. My husband got the Tokyo Banana Latte which is very sweet and delicious and does not taste artificial. We also got a Earl Grey Grapefruit Tonic which was refreshing. I highly recommend anyone wanting to try a new coffee shop, wanting to try fun new flavors, or even just wanting to support a small business in Denton come try this shop out because you will be pleasantly surprised

We got the mazapán latte 1/2 sweet with banana cold foam and it was amazing! Honestly one of my favorite coffees ever! The coffee so smooth and not bitter, and the banana cold foam was delicious with it.

So close to 5 starts. They were very friendly and the vanilla latte I got with Cold foam( I forget the exact name) was great. The cold foam was a little salty which I love. I did get an extra two shots(it's automatically a charge for 2 since it pulls 2) which made for the perfect color. However that being said, it was an over an $11 drink with the extra shots and oat milk . I will still go back because it was very good though! I think if you get it as is , it's around $7 which is very standard for a 16 oz.

I demolished my coffee, Literally THE best coffee I’ve ever had. The quality and flavor of the syrups are so well balanced. I can tell she dials in her coffee every morning and puts in so much thought into each drink. Definitely coming back, such an amazing experience!
