Took a large group of prom kids here pist pictures/pre prom. Excellent! I got the Brave burger...really good. I got a blonde draft-bombshell something or other. Everything was excellent. I hardcore cheated on my keto diet and it was worth every carb. Juicy burger, creamy bacon Mac and cheese and the brownie and ice cream superbly topped it all off.
My husband and I have been coming here since our first date in July 2020, so this place used to hold a special spot for us. Unfortunately, over the years, the quality of the food has steadily declined—and our most recent visit was enough to make us decide we won’t be coming back. We came in around 8pm on a Friday night, and the experience started off uncomfortable. The same person who seated us immediately asked what we wanted to drink before we even had a chance to sit down or look at a menu. It felt rushed and a bit dismissive, especially with our baby with us. Thankfully, we were already familiar with the drink menu and ordered quickly, but the interaction set an odd tone. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and it was honestly inedible. The meat tasted off, like it had been sitting far too long, then covered up with an excessive amount of batter and over-fried. I had to cut through nearly two inches of fried coating just to get to an overcooked piece of meat underneath. This place used to be delicious and something we genuinely looked forward to. Now, the quality and overall experience have taken such a downturn that it’s just not worth returning.
We went there for lunch and had the Blackened Redfish and the Seasonal Salad with Seared Ahi. Both were excellent, as was the service and the local atmosphere.
Summer was so nice and did an AWESOME job handling our large group! Both Summer and the rest of the team were very accommodating when I had to increase the group size an hour before our reservation. The food was delicious and it's such a pretty restaurant. I will absolutely be back!
The restaurant is a gem of a place - very neat and clean, open environment. I visited this place for lunch on a weekday. Their food is always fresh and delicious. I had honey glazed grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and seasoned green beans.
